The staff at North Pines are super kind and attentive. I love being able to call with needs or concerns and they get right on it! I appreciate seeing by fur babies listed at VIP in the communications and they know us! almost 3 years coming and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Special thanks to Charity for always going above and beyond!

Although coming to North Pines for several years, this is only the second time seen Dr Thompson, even though she spayed my little doodle dog. I just love her. I am a medical professional myself;she takes the time to answer questions and is interested. We board our dogs there and wouldn’t go anywhere else… And who can leave this site without saying anything about Charity?She is warm and wonderful, and gives the place professionalism while making you feel like your dogs are the most special in the world♥️

From the front desk, to the vet tech, to the wonderful vet, Dr. Thompson, I couldn’t have been any more pleased. They were kind, thorough, fantastic with explanations and paid attention to my concerns and wishes for my dogs. I’ve been to many vets in my 50+ years of having dogs and this was the best experience I have ever had.
