Easco did a great job getting my AC back up and running. Melvin and Nick were the fantastic technicians I had the pleasure of working with. They even loaned me a porable unit to keep the house comfortable until my unit was back up and running. Office and field personnel communicated with me every step of the way and even expedited the process by several days. From quality of work to customer service - 10 out of 10. Great job guys. We bought our home about a year ago and quickly realized the AC was well past its prime. Josh from Easco was honest, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the best system for our home without trying to upsell us. The install crew was on time, respectful, and made the whole process smooth. I felt completely comfortable having them in the house while home with my baby. Now, six months later, our home feels cooler, more comfortable, and less humid, and we’ve even seen a noticeable drop in our electricity bill. We’re so glad we made the switch.
