I have been using EASCO for the past 3 years. In particular technician Melvin has been my go to for service. He has been exceptional. Anytime I have a question, he has alway responded with the help I needed. Today they came out and assisted me with a humidity issue in a vaulted ceiling area of my home. Great support!

I got service for my house AC, 4 weeks ago .my house’s downstairs is no cold . The air is not coming to downstairs! So I call Easco air for service! The technician comes to check!I pay $150 for check!He say the main board issue!He ordered and he will reschedule for fix!After a few days he came back! So I need to change It! It is more than $2300 and he say the main board is broken because thermostat needs to change! I changed it almost $700! And he say order until is noisy , he need to fix because of that thermostat and main board broken! Ok it is cost almost $400. And I pay for everything! After he done everything downstairs is still not cold , the air is not coming!… read full review
