Recently we had a gas tankless water heater that was shutting down unexpectedly turning our warm shower suddenly cold. We contacted Burke Family Plumbing. They quickly set up a service call. Danielle showed up on time to diagnose the problem. Initial cleaning and flushing didn’t fix it. She dug deeper to find a mud dobber nest had blocked much of the exhaust. The exhaust pipe was cleaned out and everything was working fine.
I recommend Burke Family Plumbing to everyone if you have plumbing issues.

Burke Family Plumbing responded quickly to fix my issue with my lift station. They found out that there was an electrical problem that required an electrician. Once the electrician arrived, they had questions that required Burke again. Burke immediately sent out a second plumber, who worked with the electrician until everything was working again. Great responsive service all the way around!
