I went to the Walmart vision center for assistance in my glasses. Karen was super kind in replacing my nose pieces on one pair of glasses and the screwed came out of my reading glasses. She took the time to repair them patiently then clean them very thoroughly before handing them back to me. I appreciate the kindness and the ability for someone else to help me out when I cannot do this for myself. This speaks volumes!
Kayla L. was incredible! From the moment I walked in to the very end of my visit. I just moved to Wichita Falls and don't know much about the city and she was willing to help answer any questions even ones not pertaining to glasses. She and Amanda we're very informative about the eyewear and very patient, I didn't feel rushed like I had with past Eye clinics. Kayla also fixed my moms lens and put new nose guards on her glasses without question. I went to my visit saying I was going to get 1 pair of glasses and left with 2! Great service and Me and my family will be back.
