I came in originally just looking for some temporary relief from lower back pain with a hot stone massage, but I’m so glad I met Robert. After discussing my pain points, he quickly realized that hot stones weren’t what I actually needed. He asked detailed questions, explained what was going on with my hips and flexors (lots of anatomy talk that made so much sense), and recommended focusing on stretching and releasing tension in my lower body instead.

It was my first time here getting a facial and April was great! The front desk was friendly and the shop to the spa is set up cute. I've already made my next facial appointment.
I was dealing with sciatica nerve pain and Rebecca definitely ease my pain. Talked me through my deep tissue massage. Definitely will be back !!! And front desk was so nice and welcoming!! 🩷🩷
