Ordered a large number of flowers from them. While the flowers themselves were great and the lady was nice, when you walk into the building the whole space looks like a hoarders house with no flower in it, and the roof is collapsed. Additionally she told me I would receive them in a nice bucket for presentation, but when I picked them up they with in a plastic trash bin.
Thanks to a mix up from a "big name" flower delivery company, I got a call from this local florist who was trying her best to fix what had happened and, I am so thankful that Anne called me because she is such an amazing florist who runs an amazing company. I live out of state and she EXCEEDS my expectations on every order for my family members who are local to her area. Hands down this is the best florist in town!
I ordered a get-well gift basket for my aunt from Mother Earth. Annie prepared and delivered the basket the same day. She discovered the AC was not working correctly in the assisted living apartment and called the main desk and me to report the issue. I cannot thank Annie enough. Mother Earth is 5⭐️
