“Had to come on here and say something positive apologies I forgot the guy’s name, but we have a winter storm coming to Oklahoma and it was currently sleeting outside. This guy stayed back an extra two hours after he sent everyone home to ensure that I got my PC back before the storm and even went to find a trash bag so it didn’t get wet because he ran out of PC bags unbelievable customer service I called and bugged about my PC about five times and he was always polite. 10 out of 10 never going anywhere else to get my PC worked on.“
