Findlay Plumbing was courteous and professional, responded immediately and Joe is a true Master Plumber. Joe Findlay did it right the first time and at a fair price. Highly recommend him.
I normally don’t post reviews, but Findlay is great. Very nice on the phone. Quick response times... usually same day. Reasonably priced. This was their second visit ( for two separate issues) and I will be using them again when the need arises.
Called my warranty company when my hot water heater stopped working. Joe took care of it quickly and was friendly and professional. I do not quite understand all of the bad reviews saying that he is rude. He’s a very nice person and was very kind. I plan to call Findlay Plumbing for an additional project I am planning in the future.
