What an awesome Team! Everyone is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Installers take pride in their work and go above and beyond to provide the best service. We have used them for new system installs and bi-annual maintenance program and have nothing but an excellent experience each time.
Today was my first time using Sims and they did good work. They were able to come out next day, communicated well, were able to fix the problem with a part on the truck, and the price was fair. Strongly recommended.
Josh came by this morning. He has serviced our system before, and he came by today for another issue I couldn't handle. As usual, he was prompt, friendly, informative, did more than what was expected, and is an all-around professional.
