Tech's did an outstanding job replacing our old electric heat hvac system along with replacing most of the ducting. Great clean up after the job and made sure I understood proper operating for our new heat pump system, especially how to program the wall mount control. Friendly crew but I expected that as it's been like that all the years we have used Sims for our summer/winter service checks.
The technician that came out today (Billy) was outstanding! Polite Personable, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Sims is very fortunate to have a Technician of his caliber. "Give that man a raise!!!"
