Just wanted to say a Great Big Thank You to Paul Sauer at Sauer& Associates for all his wonderful help with getting my brothers house sold in Whitney. He worked with what I needed to do with the house and even arranged for someone to do a deep clean for me and clean up the yard. My closing was seamless and he was a joy to work with. Gretchen Sauer was wonderful to collaborate with! She was the Seller’s Agent I was working with to help my Buyer find their forever home. She is experienced, was very friendly and willing to do whatever it took to help both her Seller and my Buyer both get a win.
