I have had 3 fantastic experiences at Jimmy’s. One was an urgent situation that they saved from being an emergency! My car’s a/c had shut off and was ‘screaming’ as I drove past the shop. I pulled in and they dropped everything to diagnose the problem. It was an AC belt. They had one in stock and replaced it and my toddler grandchildren and I were on our way! The next 2 repairs were scheduled. They gave an estimate that turned out to be to the dollar! And their time of repair completion was to the minute! A very busy shop that keeps their word and cares for their customers!!

As my vehicle is extremely important, hauling around 3 dogs, 2 cats, my belongings, camping equipment as I search for a place to move to, a friend who is in her late 60's, these guys have been absolutely the best. Patient with my questions, good about keeping me updated, where trust and transparency are critical they set the bar for others to follow.
