Rowena does a great job! I am no stranger to getting massages, but this was my first experience at Pure Relaxation. I called on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail requesting an appointment for later that week. To my surprise she answered my call and booked me for the very next day. She even stayed after her normal closing time to accommodate my schedule! I have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder blade area and she was very attentive to that as well as my other areas of pain and tension. She even used a warming neck pillow and did a little hot stone work at no extra charge. I'm not sure if that is just part of her Swedish package, but it was a great add on!... read full review
