First the person I spoke to on the phone was very patient and kind and very reassuring, respectful and insightful Told me his driver would be 30 mins out and driver showed up in 10 I was met with a young man name Jameson who was extremely respectful and kind (his momma raised him with manners that’s for sure) Jameson took extra care of my vehicle and even showed me how to put my car in neutral without needing keys or power the price was amazing didn’t brake the bank like I was expecting All in all Preston’s towing has a great and precise team will definitely have all future business

My car broke down so I called Preston’s Towing to see about towing it to the car dealership, he was at my house within 20 minutes of the call. When discussing with him what my car had been doing, he wanted to test the battery because he thought it seemed like it could be the issue. Ended up it was the battery, so he instead towed my car to ABC, picked up the new battery, REPLACED the battery because the workers didn’t want to, then towed my car back to me!!! Truly went out of his way for me when he didn’t have to! My car is back running and so much stress has been lifted off of me. I can’t recommend him enough. Support your local small businesses!
