Very pleasant experience. Jason was super nice and helpful on the phone. Hank was the driver and he was very polite, friendly and tried to get several things to make sure the car actually had to be towed. Highly recommend this company and will use again if needed. Thank you so much!

First the person I spoke to on the phone was very patient and kind and very reassuring, respectful and insightful
Told me his driver would be 30 mins out and driver showed up in 10
I was met with a young man name Jameson who was extremely respectful and kind (his momma raised him with manners that’s for sure) Jameson took extra care of my vehicle and even showed me how to put my car in neutral without needing keys or power the price was amazing didn’t brake the bank like I was expecting
All in all Preston’s towing has a great and precise team will definitely have all future business
