“I have been trusting them for many years. I think a total of 7 cats and a dog. They are great with new baby pets and seniors. Very compassionate during bad cancer diagnosis and end of life care. They have got us through pet emergencies and injuries. Even caught things early and prevented tough situations from becoming real emergencies. Like bad reaction to rabies shots ( we adopted and the vaccines were from a different vet) , surgeries, infections, kidney cancer, fatty lymphomas, bronchitis, eye and tummy problems, a rare aerobic bacterial infection, torn acl, back injuries, arthritis, and a cat eating cellophane. We also use them for boarding. It is reassuring that they are in the care of people we trust. Ones that have their medical records and know what they need. Everyone there has always been kind to us. The front desk, nurses and Doctors are caring. They call and check on our pets when they are being treated at home to see how things are going. Following up even on weekends when they are closed.“

“Play care & boarding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blue loves to go see everyone at play-care. When everyone at home is working, he visits for play-care. Groom Room is the only place we use for boarding. My 84 lb 2 yo Catahoula walks in the front door like he owns the place. Put his paws on the front desk & waits on his snack. I have never been less than 100% satisfied the their services.“

“We’ve used Bark Avenue for 7 years with three different dogs and a cat. Their rates are fair and they treat our animals wonderfully. One dog is super chill and loves playtime with other dogs. Other dog is not so friendly, but loved walking around outdoors for exercise. The other dog was small with lots of pills/health problems and grooming needs but they accommodated for him every time and he had a great stay. I like that they can put the dogs together so they don’t get lonely. I’ve never worried about any of my animals in their care. Grooming services have been great for all three dogs. They always come home tired and happy. Only complaint is that they do such a good job, you might need to book out in advance for at least grooming but they have been able to accommodate us on boarding on non-holiday weekends in a pinch. No complaints on the customer service and the facility is always clean“

“Loved it most places won't take our dog because he is a pitbull great Dane mix they were careful with him nice treated my dog tank like it was there very own not very expensive either but him the full body wash and doggy deodorant smelled good for weeks taking my dog they're all the time now“

“Having lived and boarding our pups all over the United States and in Europe, I can without question say this is a top notch facility. They truly care for our 3 dogs. This is obvious by our dogs reactions when we get them back as well as drop them off. We use their overnight boarding service and always get them groomed at the end. “A stray cat adopted us over the last few weeks and after we were able to confine him when a clinic was open, we went to Rose City. They were able to take us in right away, provide the services we needed and let us take him home the next day as we arranged. The whole process was smooth and well explained. The techs we dealt with were friendly, patient, and informative.
Their services and prices were explained beforehand and I feel they were very reasonable.
Lastly, I greatly appreciate their days/hours. They obviously consider working families in their scheduling.“
