My garbage was not picked up on Tuesday, Garbage day here in Trenton. The truck stopped at my house but left without taking the garbage. We called on Wednesday, they promised to send someone out no one came. We called on Thursday,same on Friday, called twice, they promised to send someone no one showed up to pick up my garbage. This service is terrible. I will be changing. I lived in Mckinney for 27 years and never once had a problem.
We finally canceled our service with them after we got lied to 3 times about them missing our entire road for trash pick. Thursday is our day and it wasn't picked up until Tuesday the following week. Do not waste your time and money with this company. They are higher priced than other companies.
Who needs wrecking crews when you have this trash company? They’ll happily turn your driveway into a training course without you even being a customer. Bonus points for their managers who have mastered the art of saying ‘nothing we can do’ while ignoring video and photo evidence.
