I had a gas line leak in my yard. I was in hysterics when I spoke with Brandy and she said they would get here as soon as they could. They had job in progress that they could not drop. The next day, a Sunday no less, they came to my house and fixed the gas line. This was back when it was cold and my heat is all gas. The day they came out was cold, I heard not one complaint they made sure it was fixed and that I had heat. Brandy and Stacy both came to my house and did the work. Ray said that I needed some more gas lines replaced but that they could wait until I could afford it better. So they came out again and replaced some other gas lines under my house. Had occasion to call A.T.S.B. Plumbing to our home this past week to fix a broken sink disposal and stopped-up drain. It was the first time I'd used them, and everything went great. Brandi (sp?) handled the call courteously and professionally; Stacy came the next day to fix the problems. Completed both efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would use them again with no hesitation.

So far I've only called to get a little info to fix a tankless water heater, they were more than willing to help me out and gave me things I could do as the homeowner to try and remedy my issue before having to spend money on a service call. (Safely, of course) and if remedies don't work, I will be calling them again to schedule an appointment. My experience with them is brief so far, but I'm very impressed after just one phone call! This is the kind of customer service I expect and appreciate!
