Five Star Nails

I have used them for years but it's a Monday at 4:00 and they are closed. This is the second time I have come here and they were closed!!!! Their sign says there are open and all the window shadows are up but no one is here!!!! This is very frustrating when they are not open and they say are!!!!! I might have to find a new place to go! Do Not Go Here !!!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. The man that is the owner that works there is rude af !!! I went there a while back and the glitter nail polish I picked out wasn't what I thought it was going to look like. It had a navy blue tint in it instead of just clear glitter nail polish and so I said I didn't want that and he said too late this is good. So then I said well can you put one more coat of it so I will like it better. He said no only 2 coats. Like ok then. So today I called to see if I can get my acrylic nails filed off. I had already taken the acrylics off there was just pieces left by the cuticle of my nails. He asked where I got them done at and I said USA Nails he said go there. Like wtf. So I did. I will never be going back here. Do not give your business to this man. I live in Gladewater so that's why I was going to go to Whiteoak but I went to Longview to USA Nails. Highly recommend them! They are beyond friendly!!

Not the fanciest place, but it is clean and the people are great. This is the only place I have been that can apply the nails so that they don't hurt and they stay on for the full two weeks without lifting. I can't say enough how friendly the people are! I had only been there once but they remembered me when I came back 2 weeks later! That's the kind of personal service that earns them 5 stars!
