I have used Roberson for many years. I liked them so well when my Mom had ac problems I had her use them also. Over the years they babied my old unit & kept it running. Five years ago when it was time to replace it I was given an estimate, I should say estimates, for replacing it with 'a good unit', 'a better unit'. I have multiple dogs & it was recommended I install a filter in the attic in addition to the regular filter. This addition has made a huge difference, & I didn't know these things existed!!!

I had a sudden A/C outage on the hottest day this week and my normal A/C company was fully booked. A friend uses Roberson so I took a chance and gave them a call. They were able to get a tech out that late afternoon and got my A/C going again. Their tech Abraham was the most nice and polite young man. He took care of changing my filters too and even gave me some pointers on other heat related issues. It was a most pleasant and professional experience. I would highly recommend this company not only for their technical service but also their customer service
