I had an outstanding experience with Eldridge Air Conditioning & Heating! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. A special thank you to Howard and Yvette for going above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. Howard was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly, while Yvette made the scheduling and communication process seamless and stress-free.
Eldridge provides good customer service and stands by their products with good warranty service. I had a issue with my AC unit since it was installed over 2 years ago. The Eldridge Technician Pierce came out several times and finally corrected the problem. Even though this was after my warranty period, it was repaired at no charge to me. It's nice to know that there are still good, honest businesses in today's environment.
I can’t say enough great things about Eldridge! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Their customer service team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive.
