If your going to the gym, only one gym to go to LA Fitness. Good price lots of amenities. It's not as packed with people but I go in the morning

They don't offer as much as the other gyms and they close pretty early for a gym especially on weekends! and they are pretty pricey! Garrett is a “sales” person but he wasn’t very convincing on selling me a membership. He was just listing the different offer they had on the computer and I think anyone can do that lol I’ll go elsewhere.

Started coming here as part of a small personal fitness goal, and it’s been easier to stick to than I thought. I usually go early evening, and while it’s busy, there’s a certain energy that helps push through tiredness. I rotate between treadmill and strength training, and everything is generally functional. There was a day when the locker area felt cramped during peak time, but it cleared up later. It’s not a luxury gym, but it’s practical and steady, which is what I needed to stay on track.

I have been a member at the Fort Worth LA Fitness since 2018. 8 years…. And in the last 1-2 years, this place has gone to complete garbage. Honestly, if you’re looking for a new gym, there are plenty others that are cheaper, nicer and just as convenient. The main gripe is not about the weights/equipment - that is fine. But the place is always a mess. The men’s locker room is permanently disgusting. It smells like week old dirty laundry, trash on the floor and - most importantly - they are literally always out of paper towels. Normally that wouldn’t matter but this gym also doesn’t offer hand towels (sweat rags, etc) so you’re forced to use the paper towels in the bathroom. There will be days, sometimes weeks on end, where there are no towels in the building. Need to wash your hands? Can’t do it. Sweating after a long workout? Deal with it. They offer you absolutely zero accommodations and in fact, make things harder for you. A gym that doesn’t have towels (even paper towels) is the worst. You will see their towel dispensers with “out of order” notices constantly. The picture I added shows the sign after being up since last Sunday. And every possible paper towel dispenser in the building has the same notice. It’s unbelievable. And it’s not that they’re out of order - they’re clearly just lazy and refuse to replace and offer them. You can find cheaper and nicer gyms nearby that gladly offer full amenities.

Beware!!!!! It’s a scam….they say one thing and do another…..contract hard to get out of. Even if there is a valid reason. They lied about there sales promo…..called main Office got the same song and dance…..headed to planet fitness.

Reinstated my Membership today. To my pleasant surprise they remodeled the place. Garrett took care of me and he was super nice and informative. Offered all the classes they had to offer although I declined. Stayed after getting everything situated and I did see the reviews about disinfectant wipes and there were plenty wipes my friends. This was home before. Excited to be back! Thank you Garrett for helping me out.

The remodel in 2025 was nice and brought in some new equipment. However, since the beginning of 2026, this gym is not being well maintained and is often dirty. They run out of the cleaning wipes on a regular basis - at least 5 times in 3 months. I have never seen anyone cleaning the weight machines, which makes running out of the cleaning wipes a problem.
