First consultation was with Abigail. She took the time to explain some products that would help my damaged hair. After just one use my hair already feels less brittle. Abigail recommended I visit Ashley for a cut and color and I am definitely looking forward to it. Very friendly atmosphere.

I have been blonde for over 10+ years, with a big move coming up I needed to go back to natural. I’ve been with Abigail for almost two years and she has ALWAYS succeeded with giving me the brightest blonde ever. Today we took the step to go dark and was a MASSIVE shock but I can’t stop staring at my hair and seeing how much I truly love it and should’ve done this years ago! Will be sad when I move but will continue to recommend to everyone in the DFW area!

I scheduled a root touch-up and haircut and later added a gloss service. I arrived with photos showing exactly what I wanted and clearly communicated my expectations.

The first two photos show the haircut I requested, the third photo shows my hair before the appointment, and the remaining photos show the result I left with.

The final result looked nothing like the haircut I requested. A significant amount of length was removed, and I am now faced with spending additional money with a PROFESSIONAL stylist to attempt to correct it.

What is most upsetting is that what took years to grow was changed in a single appointment. Because of how much length was removed and how different the result is from what I requested, I believe it will take 8–12 months of growth and corrective appointments before I can get close to the look I originally wanted.

After this appointment, I consulted another PROFESSIONAL salon. They were shocked by what had been done to my hair and could not believe the result.

I expressed my concerns immediately after the appointment. More than 48 hours later, no one from management has contacted me. No phone call, no email, and no attempt to make things right.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
