Stay away from this store! Terrible service after they got our money. Owner is non-responsive. They installed new flooring and kitchen backsplash and did a terrible job. The backsplash tiles are uneven; the "lippage" is way beyond acceptable limits. Some tiles are broken or poorly cut. There are spots where they did not install any grout. They did not cover our countertops, so there was grout we had to remove from the countertops and floor. We're still hoping the owner will respond.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service and carpet installation provided by H&R Carpet. We highly recommend this company and will use them for our flooring needs in the future. Many thanks to Johanna for her professionalism and excellent assistance with a seamless transaction.

We are very satisfied with H & R carpet. There is nothing like a family owned business. This place is the hidden dream of flooring. When arrived we were greeted right away and was shown several types of flooring. We went with a light color memory foam. The floor looks wonderful in our barn. Thank you
