“I’d give 100 stars if I could! Our AC went out over the weekend and our current AC company was closed. Griggs was gracious enough to send someone out to look at one of our units (we have a small toddler so AC in Texas heat is a must). Unfortunately, our unit was done for so after discussing options, we decided to go with Griggs to replace both our units as we’ve been extremely disappointed with the service provided from our previous carrier. They were able to get the units ordered quickly and had his team over to replace both units early that following week. The team worked tirelessly for 14 hours straight in one day to remove the old units and replace with the new units so that we didn’t have to go another night without AC! INCREDIBLE!! The entire team of guys were so professional and so nice, even working in the conditions they were and in a VERY small attic space.. A top notch experience. You rarely find a company with such great customer service these days and I truly can’t thank the whole Griggs Mechanical team enough!!!!! Highly recommend and now customers for life! Cant thank y’all enough!“

We needed to replace our failed HVAC at our home. We built it in 2018 and chose Ken Parker then and have used them ever since.
We reviewed the proposal from Nick and agreed to proceed. Their crew came out and worked through extremely high heat all day and got rid of the old system and made everyone happy with a nice new COOL system. Their crew is respectful and all about doing it right.
I appreciate a company that still cares about doing g a good job. I highly recommended you call this company for all HVAC work.“

There is a heat index today of 104, so when I needed help, I was so glad I called someone who prioritized a speedy repair.
