“I’d give 100 stars if I could! Our AC went out over the weekend and our current AC company was closed. Griggs was gracious enough to send someone out to look at one of our units (we have a small toddler so AC in Texas heat is a must). Unfortunately, our unit was done for so after discussing options, we decided to go with Griggs to replace both our units as we’ve been extremely disappointed with the service provided from our previous carrier. They were able to get the units ordered quickly and had his team over to replace both units early that following week. The team worked tirelessly for 14 hours straight in one day to remove the old units and replace with the new units so that we didn’t have to go another night without AC! INCREDIBLE!! The entire team of guys were so professional and so nice, even working in the conditions they were and in a VERY small attic space.. A top notch experience. You rarely find a company with such great customer service these days and I truly can’t thank the whole Griggs Mechanical team enough!!!!! Highly recommend and now customers for life! Cant thank y’all enough!”
