My Gel-X nails turned out amazing—love the design!

Recently went in and had wonderful experience! My nails came out great and the ladies were so patient and friendly. I did book an appointment which made it much easier. There was a rude lady next to me, getting her pedi which was so awkward! She was so rude to the nail tech - but the entire staff did such a wonderful job, managing and keeping the place in a good mood. Can’t wait to go back!

This has been my go-to nail spa for over a year, and I receive great service every time. Big shoutout to Hanna—she always takes care of everyone while multitasking effortlessly!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Westlake Nails for over four years now and can confidently say I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Hannah has personally done all the nails in the photos below and her work is consistently flawless, but every member of the team is incredibly talented and professional. The salon has a warm family atmosphere, is always clean and their process is both efficient and thorough. I recently visited Westlake nail salon for a manicure and pedicure and was quite disappointed with the service I received. I expected a professional experience but instead left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

During my manicure, the technician insisted on using an electric filer to shape my nails, despite my request for a squoval shape and even showing a picture for reference. I asked her to use a nail clipper and traditional filer, but she was reluctant and visibly annoyed. This approach led to uneven nails and a less-than-ideal manicure.

The experience worsened during the pedicure. The technician began by using a nail filer to remove my gel polish but became distracted, filing too much on my big toe, causing discomfort. When I asked her to switch to acetone for the remaining toes, she left the remover on too long, leading to a burning sensation. Ultimately, I opted for a simple shape and buff instead of a gel pedicure due to my lack of confidence in the service.

The technician did not confirm if I was satisfied with the pedicure and left my toenails uneven. My left foot’s toenails were noticeably longer than my right foot's. My manicure was also disappointing, with poorly shaped nails, untrimmed cuticles, and color on my skin, resulting in an unclean finish.

Overall, my visit took nearly two hours for what should have been a straightforward dip manicure and a shape and buff pedicure. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made this experience far from pleasant. I expected better quality and professionalism.

I have been coming to Westlake Nails for awhile and have been meaning to leave a review. They always get me in fast, wether I've made an appointment or not, and the outcome is always beautiful. The owner Amy is so sweet and provides a welcoming spirit. Thanks Westlake Nails!
