Background: Dealing with some back issues after a MVA last year, had PT earlier this year with mild to moderate results. My back doctor recommended evaluation and therapy with Dr Emily Rush with Arrosti so I started 6 weeks ago.
Results have been tremendous, the treatment and exercise regime have me feeling stronger with improved functionality . I can do every day light weights tasks agains while also cautiously performing mid weight activities. I’m grateful for renewed comfort and confidence that I’ll be able to continue a measured active lifestyle. Thank you so much.
