Overall, a great experience! After multiple attempts to find someone willing to groom my large dogs, they finally said yes, and I’m so glad they did. My dogs are usually very nervous and on edge around strangers, but they instantly connected with the gentleman at the front. It was clear he was patient and great with them. Thank you for the excellent service—we’ll definitely be back!
