Funny how they will charge you for a no show without 24 hr notice but they don't credit you for showing up on time and then have towait for over an hour for your schedule appointment that they set..

I have been a long time customer of Shah Eye Center and this was the first time I was scheduled for an appointment at this office.Unfortunately, the receptionist was very rude. The situation escalated quickly as I explained about being scheduled for both my diabetic eye exam and regular eye exam. Crystal Cavazos, a Shah Eye Center employee stated this could not occur due to not being able to bill my health / vision insurance twice on the same date. In discussing with Herlinda Santillan, Clinical Manager, we agreed to bill my insurance for my diabetic eye exam and pay out of pocket for my regular eye exam. Terrible service with the receptionist. I had an appointment at 3:30 when they called me and told me that they had canceled some appointments. If I could go earlier, I arrived at 2 and the receptionist asked me, do you have an appointment and I answered Yes. and she tells me to write your name in a not very friendly way it wasn't until 3:30 when she comes up to me and asks me are you waiting for someone? and I answered No, I have an appointment. It wasn't until 3:30 that they consulted me. If I wasn't in sight of her, I would have waited longer.
