I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered on Valentine's Day, the Valentine's day special, and the arrangement was not up to par. No pictures online either. Not only that I wasn't given an option to choose the delivery time. Arrangement had a flat balloon, and other ballons were floating half ways. The roses were old and you could see where the older outer petals were cut without care, almost slicing through the whole flower. The arrangement didn't last but 2 days. The arrangement only had the dozen flowers, baby's breath and a few pink flowers. Boring & not much for the price. Very dissapointed in the quality. If you can't handle the amount of orders, don't take more orders. Know when to decline orders. As a costumer I want a flower shop that deliver what I pay for, not dead flowers and dead balloons.

We do not live in Weslaco but needed to send flowers to a funeral. Royal Garden did a beautiful job and exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered a White Cross with red roses for a funeral and specifically requested a photo of the arrangement once it was completed. Later that day, I followed up via text to remind them to send the photo. The man responded, saying he wasn’t able to get a picture before the drop-off but assured me that it turned out really nice.
However, at the funeral, I discovered they had made a completely different arrangement—not the cross I ordered and paid for. While the arrangement was nice, it was not what I requested. The White Cross with red roses was so beautiful, and it was what I really wanted the family to see and remember during this difficult time. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a funeral, where the arrangement holds deep meaning for the grieving family and attendees.
When I called to address the issue, the owner of the flower shop was extremely rude and dismissive. The only explanation I received was that he "got confused." This lack of professionalism and empathy was very upsetting, especially given the sensitive nature of the occasion.
I live in houston my wife's grandmother passed away in the rgv area so i googled the closes flower shop in welasco and a few came up but im so happy i picked royal garden when i called mr edgar walked me through the process of getting a flower crown and he made it to easy to order when i got to the funeral home it was the most beautiful one there thank you mr edgar for ur help & the royal garden family
