I have never had to get a dress altered but what a great first experience. They were quick and great price too. They even helped me fix a part of the dress that was coming undone and took out a stain on the dress. I highly recommend them, everyone was so kind and knowledgeable.

I had originally given 1 star due to the way the pants were hemmed (extra fabric inside the pant and loose thread). Mendez cleaners reached out and addressed my concern. They went ahead and fixed my pants, removing the extra fabric. I appreciate their customer service and follow up.
