I was going to give the 5 star review but now I wish i could give 6 stars. Brenda was understanding and corrected someone else’s misunderstanding, going above and beyond. I will definitely keep using Krystal’s shop in the future.

I had a VERY last minute order for a funeral arrangement. 1800 flowers had cancelled on me and notified me at midnight the night before. I called Krystal’s right when they opened and they were very informative, helpful and delivered the arrangement on time. I’m very thankful for them & will continue doing business here.

I would like to thank Krystal flower shop completely amazing . First of all I made the arrangements last minute they are closed on Sunday yet she went out of her way to get it ready for me for Sunday. Sunday morning I text them to see f they delivered hoping that by some miracle without hesitation she said yes come on who does that customer for life Thank you so much
