I always have a great experience! Kevin, Ann & the staff is always welcoming, professional, and very detail-oriented. The salon is clean, relaxing, and well-organized. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful as always. I moved an hour away & have not found any salon I like as I love Tricycle Nails.
I have been coming to this location for about 5 years now and I have always left happy. I got my eyebrows waxed and a full set for $75, the woman who took care of me yesterday was extremely sweet and took her time. Coming here for 5 years has given me the privilege of seeing a few rude/entitled people receiving services and not once have I ever seen any employees treat the customer poorly even when the customer is actively rage baiting the employees.
I absolutely love this place and the sweet lady who does my nails !!! 💅 I will continue to be back to her! I am super picky on my nails and overall very satisfied going here. All the nail techs are so sweet and just very accommodating. Kevin, oddly I remember his name as one of his customers super sweet lady , but she was going on and on and on about every pain she felt from every finger he touched but it was more sounding like she was having just sensitive fingers and he was so sweet and patient and let her talk his entire ear off and mine but I was not bothered.
