great selection of tile. most of the staff is friendly. but the manager brandy (I seen her badge) always seems like she is in a bad mood or dont like being there. I have heard her talk to some employees in a rude way raising her voice at times. as a customer I didnt appreciate being witness to that. its rude and very unprofessional!
Jami was the best! Very patient and helpful but not in a bothersome kind of way. Paid attention to our budget too.
