Amazing staff Great atmosphere and a great place to escape from all the stress while strengthening your body! Thisbe gym has everything you need to upgrade yourself, all you have to do is show !
This is an awesome gym with great instructors and great management. They are very proactive in all phases of health. I travel to and from Houston and it's easy to opt out until my return. Plenty of good equipment with various workouts to use. Can't wait to return!!
OTG has provided great training advice from consultation to personalized training sessions as I rehab a serious pelvic injury. Amazing staff with very flexible opportunities to build a workout to enhance health. Big thumbs up!!
