Granted, I have Not set foot in the door, However I’m certain I won’t be, either. I just called to speak about an making an appt, Was promptly hung up on. I called immediately back, and could NOT have a conversation with who answered due to language barrier. It was the most bizarre transaction. FINALLY she said no they do Not offer facial services at the Webster location.I was unable to schedule an appt for anything. I did manage to ask if they accept walk ins….. I’m still not certain the response. TERRIBLE way to handle calls. If ownership or management reads this, you may need losing business due to lack of communication.

NEVER AGIAN GO BE HERE! My idea was to show them a photo of what I wanted, but the guy was too quick to cut my hair 10 minutes after starting I looked in a very bad mood and it was not the same photo haircut!

Good quick haircut. I was skeptical of coming here, but it was worth it. Good price friendly atmosphere. The guy that cut my hair is named Nelson. Looks can be deceiving, give him a try lol. Oh, and he doesn't speak English. But he understood what I wanted and got it done in no time.
