Five stars! I travel from Texas City just for Dr. Garrett and would follow him wherever he goes. He gives accurate readings unlike previous doctors I've seen. He is perfectly professional, deeply knowledgeable, and an amazingly friendly human
My doctor's visit was great. However, whomever is in charge of housekeeping, needs to ensure that ALL restrooms are monitored and maintained per KS policy and standards. One restroom was in such horrible shape that I immediately had to report it to the front desk for cleaning.
The medical care is good. At the front desk, some are very rude, the gastrointerologist nurses never return calls and do not answer regularly, they transfer calls, appointments are very sporadic, very rarely. I was able to get an appointment nearby. Because of this I had to go to the hospital. And much more.
