I tried to set up an appointment yesterday and today, and the receptionist who answered the phone would not help me. She kept hanging up on me. I recorded her hanging up on me again and will report her. Don't treat people this way. I don't know if your racist or what, just because you hear a hispanic name, you disregard me. Or if you dont like your job, go somewhere else. I finally got to set up an appointment by the 5th time I called and was so upset with the lady thinking it was the same one. Shame on you lady who kept hanging up on me for your lack of customer service skills.

Chiarrea did my PT evaluation. She’s professional, friendly and explained the testing she was doing. She’s a real asset to your department.

Would not listen to me that the physical therapist wanted films and told me to find another person to perform EMG to make it normal. The EMG was done by neuro at Baylor who performed a fellowship at Standford. So I am still upset as that is all the appointment did was to upset me.
