Great service. Like Mr. Donny, very polite and professional. Office personnel needs to work little better on their scheduling. Currently USPS mail reminder is very out dated. The office at least needs to text or give an effort to make phone calls to the customers for reminder.

I have used Eco-Pest for more than 20 years and have never had any kind of problem with them. They come to my home on a quarterly basis and I've never had to call them back out in between visits due to a bug problem. I can't remember that last time I found any type of bug in my house. I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service at a price of about half of what some other places quoted us.We recently found termites in our home and after thorough research we found Ecopest was by far the best pest control option in the South Houston area.They offered an unheard of 2 year warranty on their work, where other business trap you into continuous service contracts with deceptive pricing models. During the initial consultation, they found the problem areas and not only provided a thorough explanation of how the termites get into a home, but even offered to talk me through the process of dealing with the termites myself.
