To start, I am not friends with Gabby or the owners of the property. Living in the area I of course have knowledge of the facility and business but prior to a recommendation by a family member, who is a very experienced equestrian, I had never met any of the employees of VanHoozer Farm. For close to the past year my two young children have been taking riding lessons with Gabby. They were both beginners. Safety was her first concern. She taught them the very basics to begin, how to approach and walk around your horse, not to run in the barn, to how to groom both before and after their lesson and how to properly saddle (with help). The trainer at Vanhoozer Farm, Gabby, has been amazing with my horse. She is very knowledgeable in dressage and has brought him a long way in maturing. Her barn is immaculate and she is quick to bring you up to speed on what she is doing. Always available to answer your questions and kind and helpful. Thanks Gabby!

Barbara spent all the time my granddaughter wanted, giving her memorable lessons about horses.
The horse farm is clean and organized. And if these horses could talk, they would be praising the care and love they receive.
Barbara truly is a horse whisperer!
