There are always staff to help pick products, colors etc..they can exchange, refund without receipt unlike nearby Sephora. At Sephora , I had no help and was unable to make exchange because I didn't have receipt, which is my fault. I pulled wrong lipstick color by mistake that was in wrong color slot which is also my fault for not checking whereas, Ulta staff pulls correct product for you eliminating blunders. I'll never return to Sephora.

I have been looking everywhere for this Maui stuff for my son and daughter. It helps with tangles. WM didn't have it, but Ulta did! It was even cheaper there! I was so happy they had it. Will return for more stuff, lol.

Taylor SAVED the DAY with my hair color. I had my hair highlighted at a place in Dallas, and it looked horrific. I had wanted to surprise the bf with something different, and, well, my hair was different, in Taylor’s words, in “a Disney channel villain” sort of way. ??? Taylor figured out exactly what I needed in order fix the problem. Thank goodness because the bf and I took commemorative photos two days after I visited her! What a close call!
