First off I would like to highly recommend Tuffy's! The owner Steve was quick to return my call (after hours) and was quick to come out to the house first thing Monday morning. My old system was a 2002 TRANE and it finally went out. Like they say "It's hard to stop a Trane". Steve has been a Trane dealer for years so he gave me a great quote for a new Trane system and he even tacked on a great discount for cash payment! His installation team was fantastic & knowledgable and gave me a full run through of the system upon installation! I will be using them again and referring them to my Real Estate clients!!! Long story short... Use Tuffy's!

I have worked with Tuffy's HVAC for many years because their service level is absolutely fantastic. It is not unusual to be able to receive same day service appointments. They diagnose and resolve problems the first time. It is a family business and you can tell the owner cares about customers based on my interactions with their front office, their technicians and yes, even the owner himself! Highly recommend. Attached photo is one of our A/C units that I did not have serviced often enough. Unit seemed to run all of the time. As soon as Angel got the fins all cleaned up, the unit resumed normal on / off operation (despite these recent 100 degree days).
Excellent service!! Tuffy’s is reliable, honest and has very reasonable prices; service techs are awesome. I highly recommend Tuffy’s to anyone needing air conditioners / heating services.
