My glasses broke while cleaning the other day. I went to my optometrist to get the fixed, but they didn't have anyone available. They sent me to Spectacles West for the repair. I went in about 5 pm and they said they could re-solder the glasses while I waited! I expected having to be without them for a few days, but they jumped right on it. I walked out 15 minutes later with my repaired glasses! Thank-you so much!

My glasses broke on my way to the airport and they were so kindly enough to repair my glasses and so it super quickly! I will look into doing business with them in the future! Very sweet and professional!

I'll be the first to admit, my eyeglass prescription is a nightmare. I've had eye problems for my entire life and have worn glasses that were all "just good enough to get by." I recently got a new prescription that other chain optical shops couldn't fill. The other stores literally told me that my script is outside of their capabilities. Fortunately, one suggested I try Spectacle's West. OMG, from the moment I walked in, their service was over-the-top outstanding! Michael is very astute with optics, fully understood my dilemma, and made suggestions on options to maximize my limited vision.
