Obsessed with this yoga studio! There dedication to the community and there students is something to be admired! They gave me a sense of home and friendship when it was severely lacking in my life while also helping me to dive deeper into my yoga practice, giving me confidence in poses I never thought I could do. If you looking for a cozy place to do yoga ?‍♀️ Pav is worth every penny!

Pav Yoga has change my life. Ally is the most sensitive teacher I have ever worked with. I do private lessons and friends join us. It's a treat for all. Pav yogas classes are small and it's very intimate but not intimidating. Everyone I have brought has been overwhelmed in her teaching techniques and the unique little studio in historical building down town Weatherford. I'm so great full to have a fantastic studio like this so close, but, if I was further away, it's worth the drive. It's that special. It gets five stars!
