I personally have had a wonderful experience with Dr McDaniel and his office they have actually helped me to be more knowledgeable about what things should be covered for free such as colonoscopies and breast exams. Forever I was a cash pay patient then received insurance through my husband and quit using them because of the insurance situation. I am now using a hybrid version of the two because I know cash paying them almost always is less money than my co-pays through an insurance plus I don't have to ask Mother May I from an insurance company before my doctor treats what I'm requesting treatment for and thus the experience with Dr McDaniel's office is much more efficient...read full review

They are so caring and genuinely listen when I speak. I love that I go over everything in detail with the nurse, and then when Dr. Mc Daniel comes in, he discusses with me every single thing I mentioned to the nurse. Once we’ve decided on a treatment plan he has it all typed up and ready for me at the checkout desk so I go home with detailed instructions. This is wonderful because so often you go home and can’t remember everything that was discussed! Especially if you’re sick.

This office provides the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced! Dr. McDaniel’s office assistant is arrogant, contentious, RUDE and acts like she’s doing customers a favor. Dr. McDaniel is pleasant enough but being his patient isn’t worth the aggravation and humiliation of dealing with his assistant.
