My wife was having trouble with her laptop not charging, and Colby identified the issue almost immediately. He could have easily used the situation as an opportunity to sell us something or make the problem seem worse than it was, but instead, he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on taking care of us.

I brought in a lenovo legion 5 suffering from hardware issues. While they did reccomend i simply renew the manufacurer warranty, such honesty and intent to help the consumer should be noted.
