I needed to get my bridesmaid dress, altered with only a few days to spare. They got me in right away and were able to deliver the dress with no issues, which was so surprising because everything fit perfectly. It wasn't that expensive either. Great Customer Service!While I was there, there was a woman that was picking up a shirt and two pairs of pants. She had all three items cleaned, starch, and pressed. She also had both pairs of jeans hemmed. She was throwing a fit about it being $50, when she had so many things done to three different items. I brought in some items that were needed to be sewn and were sent in on a Monday and told over the phone it would be ready by Wednesday by an employee. When I showed up they then quoted that it would get done by Thursday and needed it on Friday morning. I went to pick up the items on Thursday and they made three big mistakes to include ripping clothing costing what was was an $85 job to an $200 repair. And when I turned back in the materials for a second time, they made a mistake again and were late to the previous quoted deadline that they said they would meet.
