Had a problem with my water filtering system and the technician fixed it quickly. He was very informative about the issue and courtesy. I definitely found my plumber if I ever need work done…..A+
Lightfoot has had my HVAC biz for quite a few years and the service has always been fast and professional. Zach was my service tech this time and did a very fine job of not only fixing the problem, but communicating in layman's terms what had happened and what the fix was. Also, coached me in what I need to do for ongoing maintenance to mitigate future issues. Dane (service mgr) was excellent on the back end, following up and providing additional answers quickly. Good job guys.
Excellence! We bought a new home in 2018. The A/C never worked effectively, and the blower motor burned out three times - most recently during a week of 95+ temperatures. We parted ways with the A/C company we've been using and contracted Lightfoot to install a new A/C system. Their installation included making modifications to a dysfunctional duct system. It has been 76 degrees in every room of this house since the install was completed. Huge gratitude to Derrick, Eldon, and Wes for superior customer service and workmanship. We're thankful!
