We are from out of state and I decided to treat my daughter and I to get our nails done. I was charged the same price for both manicures even though my daughter (10yo) didn’t receive the same treatments as me. She ended up getting cut when they did her cuticles and her gel polish had already chipped after only 5 hours of being done. My gel polish was not done well, also chipped after 5 hours and she cut the skin on my fingers below my nails not just my cuticle, I have never had a salon do that before.

I have been coming to Kathy for over 25 years. I have followed her where ever she was because she truly does the best job on my nails. She is always willing to work me in her schedule even if she is busy! I will not go to anyone else but Kathy! There are many salons that are closer for me but I will only come here. The salon is always clean and the other nail techs are so nice and friendly!

Another update: nails broke completely off within 48 hours. Still no refund.

Update to add: I asked for the owners number, to which I’ve made several phone calls to with no answer or call back. They close in 1 hour, but I’ve got nothin but time so I’ll sit here. I’ll come back tomorrow, too.
I’m currently sitting here trying to get an $80 refund from the full dip set I paid for yesterday. I left this establishment, after 3 HOURS, with crooked and lumpy nails that look like a 12 year old did them. Fine, whatever, I’ll pay and move on with my life. Not even 24 hours later, 3 of my lumpy crooked nails broke. One broke almost completely off. I don’t want them fixed - I don’t want anyone else at this establishment touching my nails. Of course I’m getting the run around as to why they cannot refund me. I’ve spoken to the owner who said I can file a claim with his insurance… UM NO! This is YOUR business and YOUR insurance policy… YOU can file a claim. Then he said I can get my nails taken off and pay for a manicure LMFAOOOO you want me to pay you MORE money?! Now they are completely ignoring me. So I will sit here until I get my money back.

It's not a super busy location. Chill environment that you can relax in. The staff is kind, personable, and great at what they do. I'm only giving four stars because my daughters nails all fell off on day 7. Which is odly bazar.
Requested style: We requested a specific nail and they were able to execute it well.
Cleanliness: Clean space and place. I can't speak for the restrooms because I didn't use them.

I came in today after nit getting my nails done in about 5 years and they absolutely exceeded expectations!!! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and they were very patient and made sure I was happy with my results! I had a manicure and pedicure with acrylics and both ladies were very attentive and super friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Awful experience for me and my girl! I canceled my mani/pedi and just got my girls mani/pedi. All they did was paint her nails for $30+ dollars. Everyone around us was offered drinks and special treatment. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. We were stuck waiting forever and my little need the bathroom. They pretended they didn’t speak English and the one girl that “spoke” English told us multiple times they didn’t have a bathroom and then as I was paying another girl wanted to show me the bathroom.

They were all so nice! Took my 5yo and 9yo for pedicures and the staff treated them so nice! My pedicure was ahhh-mazing and my toes look so cute? Definitely recommend going here for great service and cute toes!?

I went yesterday 2/8 for Manicure, pedicure and eyebrows waxed this was my first time to use Labelle. People were very friendly and Billy did my feet and fingers. I have to say that it was the best mani and pedi I have had. I will recommend him to everyone. Prices were competitive with all the other nail salons I have been to. The massage I received for both mani and pedicure were absolutely fantastic. Great job Billy I will be back and the lady that did my eyebrows was very friendly and did a excellent job.

I wish I could give it less stars. Overcharged for the wrong nails. I told her multiple times that what she was doing was wrong. She had to redo multiple fingers twice. The owners daughter wouldn’t stop touching me. Just an all around terrible time.
